My practical assignment led to an interview and a job – Jasper Trooster
How one student's university assignment led to a job at Neolook - a paediatric intensive care company
Computing Science student Jasper Trooster was assigned a practical assignment during his software engineering course at the University of Groningen (RUG). The company he was collaborating with was Nelook – a company specialising in neonatal and paediatric intensive care.
After he completed his assignment, Trooster was then invited by the company for an interview and he made a good impression. He now works for Neolook one day a week.
“The work is a very nice practical outlet – a place where I can express my perfectionism and where I work with people who have just as much passion for this profession as I do,” said Trooster.
