Senior B2B Marketer (German)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior B2B Marketer to further strengthen our position in the market. You will work in an innovative and fast-growing environment where sustainability and technology play a central role. In this role, you will be the pivotal figure connecting and engaging our target audience effectively. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans with a focus on branding and market positioning, in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
• Strengthen commercial presence both domestically and internationally, especially in the Netherlands and Germany.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities in new markets for our innovative technology.
• Organize and support networking events and industry trade shows to build new connections and strengthen existing relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create creative campaigns and initiatives that increase brand awareness.
• Ensure consistent branding across all online and offline channels, aligned with our sustainable and innovative mission.
• Analyze market and competitor trends to continuously improve marketing strategies.

Profile:

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Proven expertise in branding, positioning, and market development.
• Commercial acumen and a hands-on mentality; you are a true “doer.”
• Creativity and the ability to develop and implement innovative marketing solutions.
• Strong organizational skills for networking events and relationship building.
• Experience with sustainability certifications such as Ecovadis and B-Corp is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
• Experience with international marketing strategies and positioning in new markets.
• A team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
