We're on the prowl for a go-getter to command the role of P&A Ventures Engineer. You'll partner with our team of well service, hseq, automation, and mechanical engineers, driving our bid strategy and operations to the next level. Your mission? Secure more work, ensure customer success, and enhance the customer journey from start to finish.

Qualification: Msc/Bsc. Petroleum, well engineering or eq.
Salary: Dependent on commitment

Requirements
- Lead the charge in value-based sales and tender processes for plug and abandonment, geothermal, and repurposing projects.
- Craft killer bidding strategies, spearhead proposal preparations, and deliver knockout reports.
- Be the go-to expert on well service operations, with deep knowledge of well control, fluids, downhole operations, and well interventions etc
- Use your well engineering background to bridge technical operations with business development.
- Develop and refine SOPs, KPIs, and performance metrics to elevate project execution standards.
- Drive customer success by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a smooth customer journey.
- Always be on the lookout for ways to push the envelope on efficiency, effectiveness, safety and stakeholder value.
About you
- You've got at least 10 years of hardcore experience in well service operations, from interventions to completions and abandonments.
- Your expertise in well control, fluids, downhole operations, and interventions is unparalleled.
- You think strategically, act proactively, and lead operational teams like a boss.
- Your problem-solving and critical thinking skills are top-tier.
- You've got an ambition to enter the realm of value-based sales, with a knack for stakeholder mapping and engagement.
- Experience in driving customer success and enhancing the customer journey is a game-changer.
- You're ready to hit the road (or the sea), willing to travel and work in remote locations.
- You're self-driven, excelling both independently and in team settings.
- Writing detailed technical reports and SOPs? You ace it.
- Certifications like BOSIET and IWCF Well Control? You've got them.
