About the role
Are you the trailblazer to lead our automation team? If youâre ready to design, build, and innovate, this is your gig. This role is all about taking charge. Youâll define system architecture, design electrical and automated control systems, and develop HMI interfaces. Your tasks will include ensuring ATEX compliance, managing PLC programming, and overseeing testing, calibration and instrumentation.

Requirements
- Lead the definition of system architecture and prepare feasibility assessments.
- Design electrical and automated control systems, including HMI development.
- Ensure full compliance and calibration of sensors and instruments.
- Create technical performance specifications for projects.
- Select compatible technologies (PLC, Drives, Sensors, Valves, Actuators, etc.).
- Supervise PLC programming and user interface development.
- Manage electrical, instrumentation, and automation activities.
- Develop construction drawings for electrical and automation systems.
- Prepare detailed specifications and contract documents.
- Oversee project coordination and procurement document preparation.
- Visit project sites and design offices for related activities, including commissioning and startup support.
About you
- Proven experience in automation, mechatronics, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and 'lean startup' mindset.
- Solid programming skills and excellent component knowledge
- Good understanding of hydraulics and human interfaces.
- Risk based design thinker.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Moderate skills in 3D CAD software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to innovate and drive efficiency in automation processes.
