Quality Engineer

At Spanninga, we are looking for a dedicated Quality Engineer who will collaborate with our global teams to ensure the superior quality of our lighting collection.

Your role

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Engineer to join our international R&D team. In this role, you will ensure that our products and processes meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will also address and resolve quality issues identified by our customers or within our manufacturing sites, suppliers, and partners.

With a robust foundation in engineering, quality assurance, and control, along with outstanding problem-solving abilities, you excel in collaborative environments with crossfunctional teams. Your role will involve developing, implementing, and overseeing quality assurance protocols and control systems within Engineering and Manufacturing. This collaborative effort extends to our engineering teams based in the Netherlands, China, and France, as well as our network of partners and suppliers.

You will also play a pivotal role in both internal and external quality audits, ensuring adherence to industry standards. Additionally, you will provide training and support to our production staff, equipping them with essential quality control procedures and best practices. As a key point of contact for quality-related matters, you will offer expert technical support as needed, reinforcing our commitment to excellence across all operational facets.
