Position Overview:

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE) is world market leader in offshore wind power, and with our innovations SGRE aims to make the difference for wind power projects throughout the world. SGRE supplies wind turbines and is an outstanding supplier of reliable, environmentally friendly and affordable renewable energy systems. In 53 countries worldwide we supply clean and renewable energy in the form of wind turbines with a total capacity of 70 GW, of which 50 GW under service. Well-known projects in the Netherlands include the Gemini project, Westermeerwind Wind Farm and Hollands Kust North and South.

We are looking for an Onshore Maintenance Planner to join our Offshore Service team in Lemmer. As maintenance planner you will be responsible for dispatching people, parts to our turbines with the aim to support an efficient and effective workflow on site to do service. You will report locally to the Site Manager of SGRE Services Operations Westermeerwind and Fryslan.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Site planning (Preventive, Corrective
)
  • Coordinate all resources to complete all tasks.
  • Being the oil in all the processes to keep the site up and always running.
  • People resource management depending on their work rotors.
  • Daily dispatching (Techs, tools, parts 3rd parties) based on planning & weather forecast.
  • Give a 7 day and a daily forecast before 8 o’clock to customer.
  • Give input/ feedback on long term planning (service progress primavera)
  • Make notifications (preventive, corrective, retrofit, inspections, extra works )
  • DayToDay handling of SGRE-Service mailbox
  • Marine coordination (keep logbook up to date, e.g. manning plan).
  • Continuously monitoring weather conditions
  • Give input to site manager for reports (like service progress)
  • Work preparation for the short & midterm (Troubleshooting / Snagging / Service)
  • Prepare & Check and monitor permits: Sweep (customer) and Axxerion (SGRE)
  • Give oversight to in additional costs on service order (PO's 3rd party etc.)
  • Give briefings/debriefings including toolbox- & safety talks on behalf of Site Manager or EHS Coordinator
  • Make sure techs summit hours and consumed parts
  • Quality check on error codes on notification
  • Approve "leave requests" (SM does the approving for holidays)
  • Handover to the next coordinator
  • Replace Warehouse Manager in the weekends and at working days after 16.00h
  • Midterm planning

What are your Key Performance indicators?

  • Outstanding notification (close notification in 2days)
  • Give a 7 day and a daily forecast before 8 o clock to customer
  • Hourly registration per day
  • Logbook per windfarm in excel file (daily update based on schedule 8 LTPA
  • Check and close notifications (KPI)
  • Reduction of WTG snagging. Target reduction of 50% a year.
  • On time closing of retrofits in SAP RBP
  • On time finish of Annual Service, TMSE & Retrofits
  • Report EHS findings

Site Planner and key user in SAP is a high preference

  • Create Task Lists and Maintenance Plans in SAP and monitor created Service Order
  • Handle and check different types of Service orders created within SAP
  • Retrofits: Plan and provide manpower, tools and spares for retrofit campaign - create and handle Service Order in SAP
  • Statutory inspections: Plan and task teams to inspect Lifts, Cranes and any other Statutory inspections in accordance with Contract.
  • Manage MRS (Multiple Resource Schedule): plan tasks within MRS module of SAP - Assign Service orders to the technicians and build respective teams.
  • Creation of Transfer-Lists: Build teams, dispatch technicians to WTG strategically, manage permit to work, execute customer specific tasks in SAP as deemed applicable.

Required Knowledge, Education, Experience and Skills

  • High School Graduate/Equivalent Work
  • Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
  • Must have a minimum of 2-5 relevant years of experience.
  • Strong team-player with the ability to work independently, you are organized, sensitive to deadlines and budget restraints. You can recognize situations that warrant attention and develop practical solutions. Besides that, you are strong analytical and able to effectively communicate about your analysis and results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and demonstrate ability to meet deadlines.
  • Work in a customer-oriented manner – both internally and externally
  • Strong communication skills needed - both written and verbal
  • Adept at using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) and ideally have good SAP knowledge.
  • Business fluent in English language (written and spoken)
  • This position allows for remote work.
  • Ability to accommodate travel to Breezanddijk if needed.

Preferred Knowledge, Education, Experience and Skills

  • Experience with SAP and with managing purchase orders.
  • Power BI and PowerApps experience
  • SharePoint admin experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Budget management experience
