Installation Technician
As an Installation Technician, you are responsible for placing and assembling the hydrogen refueling station on-site. Throughout the entire construction of the installation, you serve as the point of contact for the client, civil contractor, and your project manager colleague.
Your Duties as an Installation Technician
- Placing main components on-site and assembling piping and cabling, including:
- Installing piping according to drawings and preparing for welding and RTD.
- Setting up, aligning, and assembling main components.
- Laying out, bundling, and connecting cabling according to electrical schematics.
- Checking electrical systems using I/O checklists and performing cause & effect analysis.
- Pressure testing the installed piping system according to ITP documents.
- Providing the necessary information/documentation required for installing the refueling station.
- Collecting and processing technical details and data of specified components.
- Responsible for tools and equipment.
- Ensuring the plant is clean and handing it over to the commissioning engineer.
- Keeping records such as hours and material data, consumed materials, return bookings, and processing receipts and credit card expenditure.
Job Requirements
- You have completed an MBO level 3 or 4 education in a technical field, such as Installation Technology, Engineering Installation Technology Technician, Service and Maintenance Electrical Engineering and Instrumentation Technician.
- Preferably, you have work experience as an Installation Engineer, ideally in an industrial or production environment.
- You work accurately and are stress-resistant.
- You have good communication skills and can work independently.
- You are willing to travel and work on-site for a few weeks.
