Sales & Business Development Representative Germany
At Payt, we are looking for an energetic, ambitious and sales-oriented entrepreneur to help us internationalize into the German market. This is an entry-level position.
About the role
Payt has a dominant market leading position in the Netherlands and a starting base of happy customers in Germany. So, it is the right time to put more focus on the international expansion of Payt. This means building a team that works closely with the Dutch HQ to increase sales substantially in Germany. You will work directly with board members and other team members to realize our goals.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
● Sell Payt subscriptions
● Build a team (in Germany) with sales and marketing staff
● Build a large customer base
● Generate interest for our product in cooperation partners.
● Manage a balanced funnel of leads, prospects and hot prospects
● Set up agencies/partners globally to sell our products
● Provide customer and sales feedback to our product development team
● Contribute to the Payt teamspirit and vibe
About you
What we require:
● German speaker
● Fluent in English (speech and writing)
● A relevant academic (master) degree (e.g. business administration/ international business and management)
● Good networking skills
Competencies:
● Proactive, self starting type of person
● Result/target driven personality
● Tech-savvy
● Structured way of working, but can also be pragmatic
● A good communicator and team player
What we offer
We provide a good compensation package consisting of:
● A monthly salary (between €2.500-€3.000)
● An attractive bonus scheme
Work location
Primary location: the HQ in Groningen (Ubbo Emmiussingel 21). Possibility of working in Germany later on.
