Shoe sorter
As a shoe sorter, you will work behind the scenes at GoudGoed thrift. At GoudGoed textile, dozens of shoes arrive daily that need to be sorted out. Are they suitable for sale in one of the GoudGoed thrift shops? Or more for export or waste. You distinguish between winter, summer, men's, women's and children's shoes. The standing and lifting makes this vacancy physically demanding.

Sometimes it becomes clear during the intake that there is a possibility of a participation job (municipality of Groningen, Ten Boer, Haren), a reintegration programme or a day care placement. In the end, it's all about ensuring that we can both be satisfied.
