Paper collection employee

You will collect paper together with your colleagues, you will do this in some neighbourhoods in the city of Groningen.

You are not physically limited, you do enjoy being outside.

• You do it together.
• In collaboration with the Municipality of Groningen.
• It is physically strenuous work but together with others that is not a problem.

• We look during an introductory meeting to see what you like and what you want to grow towards; what the situation is in which you are and what you need. We are looking for someone in a volunteer who, after a short familiarisation period, will quickly be able to work independently and strengthen the team.
• If during this interview it becomes clear that even after the familiarisation period there is (too) much guidance needed while working we would like to discuss with you the possibility of investigating a WMO indication for day care. After all, with a WMO indication, we can pay more attention to supervision, and we can do our best to make a workplace fit even better. After all, we want both to be able to be satisfied with your workplace and your activities.
• You will receive a remuneration of €1.30 per hour for this voluntary work (contrary to the guidelines within Werkpro).
