Co-driver gold textiles
As a co-driver, you will be on the road with one of our drivers. You will start the day with a cup of coffee with your colleagues and after the work for the day has been discussed you will drive the routes and empty the containers where people deposit their textiles.
Cooperation with your colleagues is important and if you have a driving licence you can grow towards a driver's position. It's also a good place to work on falling behind in your language skills. If you want to combine this work with other work at Goudgoed, that is also possible, such as warehouse work, sorting work or shop work.
- We would like you to have good interaction with customers and colleagues; do you need help with that?
- To be able to load and unload, you have to do lifting work; do we need to teach you anything in that?
- Do your colleagues enjoy having you around? We welcome you.
- You enjoy being physically active. You are physically able to do this physically demanding work, but you are not alone; you work together with your colleagues and at the end of the day you go home satisfied.
- You will work in a team and in an environment where there is an eye for your efforts. We like to be mindful of each other's needs.
- We would like to be an alternative to sitting at home.
- We want to be a friendly workplace where meaningful work is central.
You work as part of a team and in an environment where attention is paid to your commitment.
We look at your situation and your needs during an intake interview. Sometimes it becomes clear during the intake that there is a possibility of a participation job (municipality of Groningen, Haren and Ten Boer), a reintegration programme or a placement as part of day care. In the end, it's all about ensuring that both you and WerkPro can be satisfied.
