About the position

You will work on planning, organizing, leading and executing optimal daily operations to exceed the expectations of our customers. Here, you ensure that the OEE targets are achieved and that the cost competition is good. In addition, you contribute to increasing production and ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery;
With more than 180 employees under your wing, spread over 4 departments, you are firmly at the helm as an operations manager. You create structure, implement processes and optimize the performance of people, machines and processes;
You are a thoughtful communicator who can communicate complex processes clearly and concisely. You motivate and inspire your team with your enthusiasm and passion for the profession;

What do we ask of you?

Are you looking for a job in a dynamic and international environment? Are you passionate about sustainability and innovation?;
Do you have a technical background, preferably studying technical business administration?;
Do you have extensive experience as an operations manager or a similar position and are you demonstrably successful in managing large production sites?;
Do you have a strong technical background with an affinity for the production process?;
Are you an experienced leader with proven leadership skills and have excellent communication skills to inspire and engage large teams?;
Do you have strong knowledge and familiarity with lean manufacturing practices, food safety standards, HACCP, ISO 140001, ISO90001, OHSAS 180001, BRC/IOP?;
Are you structured, do you put your people first and are you a fan of continues improvement?

As Operations Manager, you will be employed directly by us, we like to retain good people;
Your salary — based on the weight of the job and your experience — is a maximum of €113,000 per year based on 40 hours per week, including 8% vacation allowance and a 13th month;
