Your Impact
- Design Development & Creativity: Design high-quality print and digital assets for our website, merchandise, event materials, and (social media) marketing campaigns – always aligned with our brand guidelines.
- Collaboration & Communication:Â Work closely with our Performance Marketing, Content Creation, UX/CRO Team, and Business Units to develop brand-consistent and sales-driven designs.
- Project Management & Execution: Independently manage design projects – from concept to on-time delivery.
- Brand Consistency & Innovation:Â Ensure a consistent brand identity across all channels and integrate current design trends to continuously enhance our visual presence.
- Branding Support:Â Contribute to cross-departmental branding initiatives and develop new creative approaches to strengthen our market position in E-Commerce.
Job requirements
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in an agency or E-Commerce environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- A strong sense of design, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Experience in social media (Meta), print, and digital design is a plus.
- A structured and independent work approach to bring creative ideas to life effectively.
- The ability to constructively receive and incorporate feedback into your designs.
- Fluent English skills are a must; German or Dutch are a plus.
