Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
We are looking for a new experienced end-to-end Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People Team and drive full-cycle recruiting. The new recruiter will also help develop our growth and prominence as a leading ESG Risk Management SaaS Vendor. Our new Senior Recruiter will assume responsibility for assigned roles in Europe and the United States.
Talent Acquisition responsibilities include working with hiring managers to identify and source candidates through various channels, coordinating interview and selection process, in addition to hosting or participating in career events from time to time. To be successful in this role, you should be results-orientated, highly organised and creative. You will have the confidence and experience to drive long-term recruiting strategy and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
We value familiarity with various recruiting strategies, such as sourcing, screening, and interviewing methods. Your contributions will help us ensure a seamless hiring process and attract and retain high-performing employees who align with our company’s values and mission.

Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate with hiring managers, TA and the broader People Team to proactively support staffing needs
- Focus on pro-active sourcing
- Take ownership of coordinating interviews and applicant interaction
- Assume full 360-degree responsibility for multiple recruiting projects
- Plan interview and selection processes, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Design job descriptions, workflows, build interview kits and questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Pro-actively engage and source qualified passive candidates through online channels and groups (LinkedIn and other professional/social platforms)
- Support employer branding initiatives
- Support organisation/attendance of relevant job fairs, industry and recruitment events
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Monitor and update job postings
- Conduct compensation and benefits analyses for various roles
- Organise candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in our ATS (Workable)
- Advocate for Talent Acquisition, Development, processes and systems
- Design candidate experience surveys and analyse feedback
- Mentor more junior TA team members
Requirements
Our new Senior Talent Acquisition Partner must be located in the Netherlands and comfortable with regular commuting to our Leeuwarden hub typically 3 or 4 times per month and will also have the following attributes:
- Minimum 5+ years SaaS/Technology recruiting experience
- 3+ years experience as a In-house Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner
- Quantifiable experience growing cross-functional teams within high-growth SaaS/Software company/ies
- Extensive experience (and passion!) for passive and proactive talent sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, related tools, platforms and networks to deliver off-market hard-to-find talent
- In-house commercial/revenue recruiting experience will be essential to succeed in this role
- Trusted HM-partnering skills with demonstrable ability to manage expectations while driving urgency
- Experienced in data-driven hiring
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR Systems. We use Workable and currently BambooHR
- Maximise returns from social networks such as LinkedIn
- Outstanding organisational and communication skills with a laser focus on detail
- Ability to work with autonomy, take ownership while managing ambiguity
- Experience working internationally
- Business-level English language skills
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of Workable ATS (or transferable skills eg from Greenhouse)
- Basic knowledge of labour legislation across Europe specifically the Netherlands, Spain and the United Kingdom. Understanding of recruiting into the US and the nuances hiring within different States
- BSc degree in Human Resources Management, Organisational Psychology or relevant field
- Already living in the Netherlands
