Part-Time Financial Controller

In this role, you will be reporting to the CFO and be responsible for overseeing all finance-related functions of the company, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with local regulations. This part-time position is ideal for someone looking to make a significant contribution to our financial operations while maintaining flexibility.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee the month-end closing process and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly management accounts and reports
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Manage cash flow and communicate financial performance to stakeholders
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the leadership team
• Ensure compliance with tax authority

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or controller position
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in a SaaS or tech company
• Professional accounting designation (CPA or equivalent)
