What will you do?

To drive the company's strong growth and development, we are seeking to expand our sales team with a Sales Manager for the German market.

As the Technical Sales Manager for the German market, you will be primarily responsible for advancing the growth of our entire product portfolio. Your role will involve business development, where you will identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand our market share. You will provide top-notch customer service and training, maintain relationships with key clients and develop long-term partnerships. Additionally, you will create and implement effective sales strategies, monitor market trends and customer feedback and negotiate to achieve successful sales closures.

You will work closely with our marketing, product development, and customer service teams to contribute to continuously strengthening our market presence.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an energetic and self-reliant Technical Sales Manager who excels at working independently and achieving targeted successes. You should demonstrate high initiative, seize opportunities and show entrepreneurial thinking to leverage growth and business opportunities for our company. Your ability to build long-term customer relationships is as important as your perseverance and determination to achieve long-term goals.

We seek a candidate with a Chemistry or Chemical Engineering degree from a technical college or university or a certified coatings technician.

You should have at least three years of experience in a relevant sales or technical position within the coatings industry or related sectors.

Fluency in German at a native level and proficiency in English are essential; additional language skills are an advantage.
