Who are we?

CLiQ SwissTech is an international company with an office and technical centre in Groningen. Additionally, we have branches in Germany, Italy, and the USA. Our focus lies in the development and production of additives for paints, coatings and associated industries. These high-value additives are developed within our laboratory in Groningen and distributed globally to various industries. We offer high-quality product solutions and provide exceptional daily technical support to our customers. In 2022, we moved into new premises at the Zernike campus in Groningen.

What will you be doing?

As a Quality Controller at CLiQ, your role revolves around ensuring the quality of our additives. You oversee the consistency of products across the CLiQ portfolio. Your responsibilities include testing these additives for properties such as viscosity, rheology, colour acceptance, solids content and pH. Additionally, you manage ISOrelated tasks such as writing work instructions, creating Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and maintaining sample records using SAP. You also support the QA/QC Manager in their job; primarily in IMS maintenance (ISO 9001 and 14001) and managing customer interactions.

Your tasks will include:

â–Ş Testing CLiQ products to identify any deviations from specifications; recording and reporting the results.

â–Ş Updating IMS documents for DQC.

â–Ş Checking and issuing Certificates of Analysis (CoA).

â–Ş Preparing and maintaining records of retained samples.

â–Ş Managing documentation for measuring and monitoring equipment.

You will be part of a small, dedicated Quality team where English is the primary language. Your time will roughly be divided between 80% lab work and 20% office tasks.

Who are we looking for?

For this position, we require an MBO or HBO qualification in Chemistry and prefer candidates with some work experience.
