Work planner

What will be your role?
Our Business Office is the department where Work Preparation, Planning and Purchasing work together. As a Work Planner, you ensure that Production has all the necessary information and parts in time for the production of machines and components. You do this together with 5 direct colleagues. At Bollegraaf you have to deal with a varied order mix, consisting of metalworking assignments, electrical assembly and machine assembly.
Your responsibilities:
- You make the translation between Engineering and Production
- You work closely together and have daily contact with different departments
- You process engineering releases in modern PDM and ERP systems (Autodesk Vault & Microsoft Dynamics AX)
- You participate in project teams of sold projects
Who are you?
You have technical insight and can both read and interpret technical drawings. Because of your central role within the organization, communicating with different departments/stakeholders is easy for you. In addition, with your proactive attitude, you have an active role in improving and developing the primary process.
What do you bring?
- A completed (technical) higher education
- Experience working in ERP systems
- Good skills in MS Excel
