CNC Programmer / Work Planner

As a CNC Programmer / Work Planner, you are a key person within our production process. You ensure that our CNC machines, cutting machines, press brakes and welding robots run efficiently. You work with drawings and production assignments to prepare the operations down to the last detail. In addition, you have a coordinating role, ensuring smooth planning and coordination with work preparation, operators and other departments.
Your responsibilities:
- Programming of CNC machines and other machine tools according to drawing and planning
- Coordinating work with work planners and operators
- Fixing machine malfunctions and initiating solutions
- Timely submission of consumables order proposals
- Coordinating production activities and ensuring smooth execution according to schedule
- Monitoring the cooperation between various departments to guarantee an optimal production process
Who are you?
You have technical insight and a hands-on mentality. You tackle problems immediately and you have the ability to set priorities and work in a structured way. Communicating with different departments is easy for you, so that production always runs according to plan. You are able to read technical drawings and convert them into concrete work processes.
What do you bring?
- A completed MBO education in technology or experience as a CNC Programmer or Work Planner
- Experience in the metal industry is an advantage
- Knowledge of CNC machines or the willingness to develop further in this field
- Experience with ERP systems and CNC programming software is a plus
