We offer you a supporting role within the After Sales department.

What will be your role?

As an After Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for the daily administration and support for the department. You process important information and bring it together in reports.

Your main activities:

  • Check service invoices to the customer based on hours booked by the field service engineers.
  • Processing, checking and approving timesheets of the field service engineers.
  • Organizing departmental events and their reporting.
  • Organizing and booking (air) trips.
  • Drawing up holiday schedules of the department.
  • Managing stocks in the service vans of the field service engineers, including spare parts, tools, workwear and PPE.
  • Acting as a backup for the work planning of the field service engineers.
  • Reporting KPIs, time registrations and accounts receivable to the department and the Director After Sales.
  • All common activities in support of the department.

Who are you?

You enjoy working in a dynamic department. You are administratively strong and work in a structured way. You have good communication skills and are able to build relationships for a long-term collaboration. You can handle peak loads well and know how to organize yourself and your responsibilities well.

What do you bring?

  • You have higher educational (MBO+/HBO) thinking and working level.
  • A relevant completed education in the field of business administration.
  • Several years of experience in a service and/or project-driven work environment is an advantage.
  • You are skilled with programs such as Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Dynamics or similar an ERP system
  • You have a professional command of the English language. Proficiency in the German, Dutch and/or French language is an advantage.
