We are urgently seeking a driven International Sales Manager who is fluent French. Are you energized by the prospect of seizing opportunities in promising markets, and are you skilled at clear communication and organization? If so, keep reading!

What you will be doing

As an International Sales Manager at Alt, you will be the driving force behind our international sales initiatives. Your tasks will include:

  • Proactively approaching potential customers and maintaining relationships with existing distributors.
  • Identifying and leveraging new market opportunities, particularly focusing on expansion in new regions like the UK.
  • Aiming to achieve a 10% growth in revenue in international markets outside the Americas.
  • Recruiting 2 to 3 new international distributors per quarter and increasing customer satisfaction to a score of 9.
  • Organizing webinars and product training sessions to strengthen our market position.
  • Actively participating in and representing Alt at national and international trade fairs.
  • Have a great market insight? Collaborate with our product developers!

Who you are

Besides being a wonderful addition to our team, you are an energetic and customer focused professional who:

  • Holds at least a bachelor’s degree.
  • Is fluent in French and can speak it at a professional level.
  • Has excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Has experience in international sales or a comparable commercial role.
  • Possesses strong business acumen, is proactive, and can independently identify and exploit new opportunities.
  • Has a genuine interest in technology and inclusivity, with the ability to think alongside both the customer and the end-user.
