2. In-Field Drone Testing:

  • Conduct hands-on testing with drones to validate software integration in real-world scenarios (e.g., mission planning, live streaming, aircraft control).
  • Ensure seamless interaction between software and hardware components.

3. Client Interaction and Support:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers with technical questions, bug reports, or suggestions for improvement.
  • Train clients to master our software, ensuring they maximize its potential for their operations.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the product team for continuous improvements.

4. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the development, marketing, and sales teams to align testing, customer insights, and product enhancements.
  • Contribute to support documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting resources for our help center.

5. Automation and Innovation:

  • Assist the development team in implementing automated testing for key workflows.
  • Constantly explore new ways to improve the testing process and product quality.

Requirements

Experience:

  • Proven experience in software QA testing, preferably for complex systems.
  • Prior experience with manual testing of hardware-software integrations is highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Proficient in designing and executing test plans and test cases.
  • Familiarity with testing tools, methodologies, and backend systems (e.g., RESTful APIs, databases) is a plus.
  • Basic programming knowledge for automation (e.g., Node.js) is an advantage.

Drone Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with drones is a strong asset.
  • Candidates without prior drone experience must be willing to undergo training to become certified drone operators.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
