Position Overview

We are looking for a temporary Mobile Mapping Data Processor to support our team during the peak season, for a period of up to 6 months. In this role, you will assist in processing, refining, and quality-controlling mobile mapping data for international projects. Your focus will be on handling and analyzing geospatial datasets, including GNSS/INS, LiDAR, and imagery, to ensure accuracy and high-quality outputs.

You will be joining our Data Quality Office team of around 10 colleagues and you will collaborate with other Mobile Mapping processors, data analysts, and quality control teams. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

The role involves processing and refining geospatial data, ensuring quality control, automating workflows, and maintaining effective communication within the team.

Data Processing & Refinement: Handle GNSS/INS, LiDAR, and imagery data, ensuring accuracy and integration.
Quality Control: Verify data accuracy, conduct assessments, and report inconsistencies.
Automation & Scripting: Support workflow automation using command-line scripts and Python.
General Duties: Follow project workflows, maintain records, and collaborate with the team.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience with GIS software (QGIS, ArcGIS, or similar).
Basic knowledge of LiDAR, GNSS/INS, and geospatial data processing.
Some familiarity with command-line scripting and Python.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle repetitive geospatial tasks accurately and efficiently ensuring precision in data processing.
Working efficiently with teams and stakeholders.
