About Us

Well Engineering Partners (WEP) delivers well consultancy services, quality project management, drilling supervision and well engineering to small and medium-sized operators in the geothermal energy, oil & gas and solution mining industry.

The aim of our qualified well engineering and field team is to be dedicated to deliver a complete and high-quality product directly focused on the customer’s needs. The Well Engineering Partners team will guide and support you during the complete project.

Since its establishment in 1996 Well Engineering Partners (WEP) has built up a decent track record in well engineering and drilling management. The key business facts and achievements are delivered with our team of 30 engineers and extensive network of experts.

Dozens of companies have transformed their ideas for a new well system or malfunctioning well into the realization of a quality well that works using Well Engineering Partners as a trusted partner and advisor. Since the start, we are involved in the oil and gas industry.

Well Engineering Partners works closely with operators. In doing so, wells are protected against drilling and intervention risks, improving the lifecycle of the wells. We support as well in completing the lifecycle by decommissioning and (post)-abandonment support. At the same time the value of the asset is maximized and legacy is optimized, giving everyone a sense of peace of mind.

Our Team

Over 70% of WEP’s personnel have a MSc degree or higher, where the rest have a BSc degree. WEP prides itself in its ongoing development in innovation and knowledge. Once employed at WEP, the development of the employees is a continuous process. Key elements are on the job training and competency-based progression, which development is also made available to others via the sister company SOGOS Consultants.
