With the information on our website, there’s a lot you yourself can do to improve your job hunt in the North - but sometimes, you just need a little help. Below, we’ve compiled international-friendly career services in the Northern Netherlands.

When we talk about career services, we refer to services, workshops and career advice that helps you take the next step (or a new step) on the job market.

There are lots of general services out there, but we only list those that are in the North, and that we know are international-friendly. 

  • BoostCV: paid CV and cover letter critique
  • TalentPerron: free guided tour to discover how your skills match various high-opportunity professions in the North (if you sign up, add in remarks that you speak English)

Some recruitment agencies also offer interview training if you enroll with them—definitely enquire about the possibilities!

Job Hunt Advice

Make it in the North offers free 1-on-1 advice sessions to internationals who reside in the Northern Netherlands.

We'll sit down together with you and discuss what your (best) opportunities are to find work in the North, based on your CV, cover letter and any questions you bring.
